Meet Kevin James

Kevin James Bond is a Broker Associate and REALTOR® in Colorado Springs, CO, specializing in military relocation and first-time home buyers. I have been a member of NAR since 2016 with REMAX Real Estate Group. I help people buy and sell homes in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas, including Monument, Black Forest, Manitou Springs, Peyton, and Fountain. I also work occasionally in Denver, Pueblo, and Pueblo West. About half of my clients are home sellers, and the other half are home buyers, including first time home buyers. I also work with relocating military clients and with clients buying new construction homes.

What sets me apart is my down-to-earth, no-pressure approach. I'm responsive, realistic, and I give honest advice, even if that means telling you to wait, rent, or keep your home instead of selling. My clients appreciate my clear communication, market expertise, and the fact that I handle everything myself, from marketing and pricing to negotiation and closing.

I've helped more than 60 buyers and sellers. My home listings average 17 days on market, and my list-to-sold ratio is 100.05% on average. Almost every home I've listed has sold, and I have over 30 five-star reviews on Google and Zillow.

Because I keep my business personal and hands-on, home buyer and seller clients always work directly with me, not another team member. I also hold both an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification.
