I’m married with 4 kids and I like spending time with them when not working. I genuinely like living in this city and teaching and showing home buyers how to buy a home in Colorado Springs.

It might be less than you think! A 20% down payment is great but isn’t necessary. Lots of home buyers are doing 5% down, or 3.5% down. We’ll break down actual down payments, closing costs, reserve money, go over types of loans, and show you options for assistance programs and loan benefits.

You’re covered. I can do remote showings where I send you live or pre-recorded video, with the home seller’s permission to film. We help with remote closings, timing your purchase vs sale, if you’re selling too, and leveraging military orders and timelines.

We’ll explain why a 2008-style crash is unlikely, but also how you can protect yourself in a shifting market. We also talk about what if home prices do drop, and how likely that could be.
