I am so grateful we found Kevin! I truly can't say enough great things about him. We met Kevin when we asked to see a listing of his, when we were still deciding whether to renew our lease for another year or buy now. We were open with him about that uncertainty, and he still went above and beyond to help us out, even not knowing whether or not we'd actually end up purchasing this year. He wasn't pushy or uncomfortable like some other realtors can sometimes be, just very open and easy to talk to and a good listener. Kevin is super knowledgeable about the Colorado Springs area, is very active in the community, and just an extremely kind and generous person. He was flexible with our chaotic schedules, accommodating to my many requests, and dedicated to making sure we ended up happy with our decision. I saw over 20 different homes with Kevin. We ended up seeing our dream home within two hours of it going up on the market, and although our offer was lower than the other offer that went in same day, in part because the seller's agent liked Kevin better than the other offer's agent, our offer was accepted, and we are now so happy in our new home!
